Estate Sale Etiquette

We want you to have a fun and exciting shopping experience with us:

General Conduct:

  • Please be respectful of others & the home you are entering
  • Do not rush the door when the sale opens.
  • If someone picks an item up, do not grab at it.
  • If something is marked sold do not remove the sticker.
  • Do not hoard items you do not intend to buy.
  • Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
  • You must bring enough help to move any furniture without damaging the residence.
  • ADA service animals are permitted at the sale however personal pets are not allowed.
  • There are no public restrooms.

Payment:

  • We accept cash, credit and debit cards only, no checks will be accepted.
  • All Items are sold “AS IS with NO REFUNDS”
  •  Items are marked with a sticker price tag or hang tag. Removing tags or replacing them with others will result in a permanent ban from our sales and prosecution.
  • If you would like to buy something that is oversized, please see an EstateSaleAZ staff member for a “sold” sticker.
  • For Items that are not priced, please check nearby signage for the items price.

Safety and Security:

  • By entering this Liquidation Sale, you agree that EstateSalesAZ and the owner or beneficiaries of the estate assume no Liability for any injury, theft, or damages that occurred during the Sale.
  • Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children. Please watch your children so they are not running or playing. Any damages caused by children will be charged to the parents at the price listed on the item.
  • For the safety of our staff and buyers the number of people let into the estate sale could be limited.
  • Surveillance cameras and undercover loss prevention staff are typically present at our sales; we will prosecute any theft of items from our sales.
